Ghosting is for Halloween, not appointments. 👻
If you cancel with less than 24 hours notice or decide to pull a disappearing act, you’ll be charged 100% of your scheduled service.
That spot could’ve gone to another client who has been dreaming about ditching the razor. Vanessa can’t wax an empty appointment, no matter how talented she is. 😅
